HS Curriculum Kick Off

Have you thought about creating a new class for your high school related to CS? Do you have a CS course at your school that could use some updating? Are you teaching a course where you feel adding computer science would be an awesome thing for you?
This year, the Hub will be offering Curriculum Support Workshops on Zoom, where you can work with Dr. Katherine Herbert, Professor of Computer Science and Director of the Montclair CS Ed Hub and her colleagues and friends in CS to create curriculum for your students. All workshops will be on Zoom, and for teachers who complete the full series, there will be a stipend.
We will have a Kick-off Meeting to discuss plans and develop the schedule. If you think you would be interested, please come to this meeting and tell us about your ideas.
Eligibility: This event is reserved for NJ PUBLIC SCHOOL K-12 teachers and administrators. Note, this session will be focused on high school teachers but all teachers will be accepted.
PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER AND RECIEVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THEIR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED TO ATTEND.
